Care Instructions

• Your Rescued hoodie was built for warmth, comfort, and durability—whether it’s cool evenings by the fire, early morning errands, or long road trips. Take care of it, and it will keep its softness and shape season after season.

Washing Care

• Water Temperature: Cold wash (≤ 30°C / 86°F) is best to prevent shrinkage and fading. Turn your hoodie inside out before washing to protect the fabric and any print or embroidery.
  
• Detergent: Use a mild detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners, which break down fibers and coatings.
  
• Cycle: Gentle cycle is ideal. Don’t overload the machine—give it room to move freely.

Drying Care

• Best for Longevity: Hang dry or lay flat to preserve the hoodie’s shape and softness. Keep it out of direct sunlight to prevent fading.
  
• If Using a Dryer: Tumble dry on low heat. Remove while still slightly damp, reshape, and let it finish drying naturally. Over-drying will shorten its life.

Extra Tips

• Ironing: If needed, use a low heat setting, inside-out. Never iron directly on prints or embroidery.
  
• Storage: Fold or hang on a sturdy hanger. Avoid wire hangers—they can stretch the shoulders.
  
• Pilling: Normal with wear, but turning inside-out during washing helps minimize it.
