Our Roots. Our Story.

This is where it all started. At the heart of everything we make, share, and wear is one truth: We were rescued—not by chance, but by grace.

Who We Are

Hey, we’re Noah & Nate Cox—“The Cox Twins.” Rescued isn’t just our idea—it’s something God put on our hearts, and we believe He has been guiding us every step of the way. We're just two brothers trying to follow his lead and do our best to use what He's given us for something bigger than ourselves. For us, Rescued is more than a business; it’s who we are and who we’re striving to become.

Where It Began

It’s hard to capture the whole story in a few paragraphs. In many ways, Rescued began before we realized it—in our childhood.

We grew up in Long Beach, California, where the ocean and surf culture shaped us, before moving to Bend, Oregon, where mountains, rivers, lakes, and trails gave us new ground to grow. The blend of SoCal and PNW formed our passion for the outdoors.

We're especially grateful for our family, who raised us to enjoy creation—but even more, the Creator. Following God has taken us on the greatest adventure and led us to the greatest hero in Jesus. As the ultimate servant leader, He became our model, and His example planted in us a desire to live lives of service.

A Seed Planted

In 2017, we experimented with a personal fitness brand, but it quickly felt empty and self-centered. Looking back, we can see how God was preparing us for something bigger.

In 2020, the concept of Rescued was born—not to glorify us, but Jesus and His sacrifice on the Cross. What started as a small dream became a steady thread through the next five of the hardest but most meaningful years of our lives.

Through military service, nursing school, fire academy, work, marriage, kids, and countless moves. The dream stuck with us, and we believe God has been using those chapters to lead us here.

Making It Real

By 2025, we knew we couldn’t hold back any longer—even though we still weren’t sure exactly how it would take shape. Rescued had always been more dream than reality.

The idea became real in an ordinary moment— we needed new T-shirts and almost bought from big-name brands that didn't feel like us. We’d dabbled in designing gear over the years, but this time it pushed us over the edge to take it further. We thought it’d be way better to wear our own original gear, so we got to work making hats and graphic tees—pieces with meaning, style, and faith woven in.

It wasn’t just about clothing anymore—the design process became both therapeutic and exciting for us. Each design grew out of our own life experiences and the struggles we’ve walked through. We wanted to be honest about those challenges and pair them with Biblical truths. Some of those truths bring comfort and encouragement, while others serve as exhortations—urging us to stay strong in faith and live out God’s will, even in hard times. Every piece is a reflection of what we’ve lived and the hope we’ve found in Jesus.

Over the last five years, we’ve been through our share of hard seasons. Looking back, we can see how those chapters shaped us and gave us greater clarity about where we’re headed. Out of that reflection, Rescued gained new purpose. What started as designs on shirts became a way to turn our experiences into encouragement for others—exhortations to stay strong in faith, live righteously, and hold fast to the hope found in Christ. At its core, Rescued is what God placed on our hearts to share, rooted in Colossians 1:13–14.

Where We Are Now

If others connected with this faith and outdoor-inspired lifestyle gear & artwork, that would be a cherry on top. Today, we’re humbled to share those designs and stories with you and hope they resonate with you as much as they do us.
