Welcome to Rescued. By shopping with us, you’re not only supporting a family-driven, faith-led brand—you’re also agreeing to the terms below. We’ve written them to be clear and simple, while still making sure everything is legally covered.
1. General Terms
– When you visit our site or place an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.
– We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted here, and by continuing to use our site, you’re agreeing to the updated version.
– We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone if we believe misuse or abuse of our store is happening.
2. Online Store Terms
– You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province to make a purchase.
– You agree not to use our products or website for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
– Any breach of these Terms may result in the cancellation of your order and denial of service.
3. Products & Services
– Every item we sell is made to order through trusted production partners like Printful and Apliiq.
– Because of this, products may vary slightly from the photos shown on our site (for example, colors can look different depending on your screen).
– We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.
4. Orders & Payments
– By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current billing and shipping information.
– Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and may involve other payment processors.
– If your payment is declined, or your information is inaccurate, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
5. Shipping & Delivery
– All orders are fulfilled and shipped by our production partners (Printful or Apliiq).
– Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control are not our responsibility.
– If your order is delayed, we’ll do our best to help, but we can’t guarantee delivery dates.
6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
– Please see our full Refund & Return Policy for details.
– If your product is defective, misprinted, or incorrect, our production partner will send you a replacement at no cost.
– If you’d prefer a refund instead, we’ll process it back to your original payment method, while our production partner reimburses us behind the scenes.
– We cannot accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color choice, or buyer’s remorse. Please use the size guides on every product page.
7. Intellectual Property
– All designs, artwork, logos, brand names, and text on this site are the property of Rescued LLC.
– You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or use our content without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
– We work hard to provide high-quality products, but by using our site or purchasing from us, you agree that our maximum liability is limited to the price you paid for your product.
– We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as shipping delays, lost packages beyond our control, or issues caused by third-party providers).
9. Third-Party Services
– Our store uses third-party platforms and services, including but not limited to Shopify (website/storefront + payment processing), Printful (production + fulfillment), and Apliiq (production + fulfillment).
– By ordering with us, you acknowledge that these third parties are involved in fulfilling, processing, and delivering your order.
– We are not responsible for errors, delays, or damages caused by these third parties, but we will work with you to resolve any issues.
10. Governing Law
– These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA.
– Any disputes will be handled in Oregon courts, unless otherwise required by law.
