Thank you for shopping with us. Here’s what to expect when you order from Rescued.
Every product is made to order—created just for you once your purchase is placed. We don’t mass-produce or keep excess inventory. This helps us reduce waste, avoid overproduction, and stay true to our mission of intentional craftsmanship. Because of this, fulfillment takes a little longer—but it’s worth the wait.
How Long Does It Take to Get My Order?
Production Time (Making Your Order)
Each item takes about 3–7 business days to produce before it ships. During peak seasons or holidays, fulfillment may take slightly longer.
Orders are fulfilled through Printful, our on-demand manufacturing partner, which operates facilities worldwide. Your order will automatically route to the location best suited for efficient and timely fulfillment.

These delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays, or customs clearance may affect timelines outside our control.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. At this time, we do not ship to the UK, EU, or other international destinations. Global shipping is planned for the future.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international destinations (Canada, Australia, and New Zealand), your local customs office may apply duties, import taxes, or handling fees. These charges are not controlled by Rescued and are the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend checking with your customs office for more information before ordering.
Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. If your order seems delayed:
- Check the tracking information for carrier updates.
- Confirm that your shipping address is correct.
- Check with your local post office or neighbors in case of misdelivery.
If you’ve done all three and still haven’t received your package, contact us at hello@liverescued.com with your order number.
If an incorrect address was provided, we can reship the order once it’s returned to the fulfillment center, but shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense. Please double-check your address before completing checkout.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, please contact hello@liverescued.com within 7 days of the expected or actual delivery date.
Include your order number, photos of any damage, and a brief explanation of the issue.
We’ll work with our fulfillment partner to investigate and provide a resolution through a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Every order is made when you place it. That means less waste, more intentional design, and a smaller environmental footprint. Thank you for supporting made-to-order products and choosing quality over convenience.
