What does “Rescued” mean?
This is where it all started. At the heart of everything we make, share, and wear is one truth: we were rescued—not by chance, but by grace. Rescued is more than a brand; it’s our story and our aim—moving from dark to light, from death to life (Colossians 1:13–14).
Who’s behind Rescued?
We’re Noah & Nate Cox—“The Cox Twins.” Rescued is something God put on our hearts, and we’re simply following His lead—turning our life experiences into designs that carry Scripture, hope, and honest encouragement. Read more Our Roots | Our Purpose
Are your products only for Christians?
No. Our products are for anyone. The brand is unapologetically Christian and faith-based, and we encourage every person to reflect on the meaning behind “Rescued” and consider whether it applies to you.
What’s your mission?
“For He has rescued us from the kingdom of darkness and transferred us into the Kingdom of His dear Son…” — Colossians 1:13–14 (NLT)
We exist to stir curiosity, spark reflection, and point to true freedom—one verse, one piece, one story at a time. Not through preaching, but through truth—waiting to be discovered.
What does it mean to “Rep Rescued”?
Wearing Rescued isn’t just style—it’s a declaration of faith. Our Originals pair real struggles with real Scripture—parables in design form—to spark curiosity and conversations about Jesus.
Do you donate to a cause?
Not yet. We’re focused on building a strong foundation for the business. We have big plans to partner with ministries and missions—stay tuned.
Orders, Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
⚠️ We do not ship to the EU or UK at this time. Global shipping is planned for the future!
How much is shipping?
For US orders, we offer:
- Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $7.95, delivered in about 3-4 business days after fulfillment. Orders over $100 ship free with standard shipping.
- Express Rate: $19.95, delivered in about 1-2 business days after fulfillment.
For CAN orders, we offer:
- Standard International: Flat rate $14.95, delivered in 2-3 business days after fulfillment for orders up to $149.99.
- Economy International: Free shipping on orders $150 and over, delivered in 6-10 business days after fulfillment.
For AUS and NZ orders, we offer:
- Standard International: Flat rate $21.95, delivered in 6-12 business days after fulfillment for orders up to $174.99.
- Economy International: Free shipping on orders $175 and over, delivered in 6-18 business days after fulfillment.
How long will my order take?
Every item is made to order.
- Production: typically 3-7 business days to make your order before it ships
During peak seasons (holidays or high-volume periods), production may take a little longer.

- USA & Canada (Standard): 3–4 business days
- USA & Canada (Express): 1–3 business days (when available)
- Australia & New Zealand (Standard): 5–20 business days
- Australia & New Zealand (Express): 3–7 business days (when available)
Total Estimated Delivery:
- USA/Canada: about 5–11 buisness days
- Australia & New Zealand: about 7–25 business days. These are estimates—carriers/customs can cause delays.
These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping carriers, weather, or customs may occasionally cause delays outside our control.
Do you provide tracking?
Yes—you’ll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.
Will I owe customs/taxes?
Possibly. Duties/taxes may apply depending on your country and are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns, Exchanges & Quality
What’s your return policy?
Because items are made to order, we can’t accept traditional returns for size, color, or change-of-mind. If something’s wrong, we’ll make it right. See our full Refund & Return Policy for details.
What if my order is defective, damaged, or incorrect?
Email hello@liverescued.com within 7 days of delivery with your order #, a brief description, and photos. We’ll send a replacement at no cost (or a refund to your original payment method if you prefer).
Can I exchange for a different size?
We don’t offer exchanges on made-to-order items. Please use the size guides on each product page and reach out if you’re unsure—we’re happy to help before you buy.
Products, Fit & Care
How do your shirts fit?
We include a detailed size guide on product pages. If you like a roomier, heritage-tee vibe, you may prefer sizing up—check the measurements for the best fit.
How should I care for my apparel?
For longevity: Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle with mild detergent and similar colors. No fabric softener. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Cool iron inside-out if needed. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.
Where are your products made/printed?
See each product’s Materials and Transparency tabs for sourcing and print details. Today we use trusted print-on-demand partners; our goal is to bring more production in-house for tighter quality control.
Are your shirts good for outdoor use?
Absolutely. Our gear is designed for life outdoors—from rivers and trails to campfires and coastlines.
Drops, Discounts & Community
Do you release limited editions or seasonal drops?
Yes—Rescued Originals Vol. I–III are live, and we’ll continue to expand into new product categories, limited editions, and seasonal drops over time.
How can I get updates on new releases?
Follow us on social and subscribe to email via our Contact Us page to hear about fresh drops, restocks, and stories behind the designs.
Do you offer first-responder, military, or nurse discounts?
Yes—10% through GovX. As veterans, an RN (Nate), and a firefighter (Noah), this one’s personal. You embody what it means to Live Rescued, and we’re honored to give back.
