Care Instructions

• Your polo was built to carry you through workdays, weekends, and everything in between. Take care of it right, and it will hold its shape, color, and comfort—season after season.

Washing Care

• Water Temperature: Cold wash (≤ 30°C / 86°F) is best—keeps cotton fibers strong, prevents shrinkage, and protects color.
  
• Cycle & Detergent: Stick with a gentle cycle, inside-out, using mild detergent and similar colors.
  
• Skip: Chlorine bleach and fabric softeners—both break down fabric and shorten its life.

Drying Care

• Best for Longevity: Hang dry or lay flat in the shade. Air drying keeps the polo looking crisp and prevents fading.
  
• If Using a Dryer: Go low heat. Pull it out while still slightly damp, reshape, and let it finish naturally. Over-drying is the quickest way to break down cotton.

Ironing & Extras

• Iron: If needed, use a cool setting, inside-out. Never iron over embroidery or decoration.
  
• Dry Cleaning: Not recommended—the chemicals are too harsh for the fibers.
  
• Storage: Fold or hang on a sturdy hanger to keep shoulders from stretching out.

Product measurements
Measurements are provided by suppliers and may vary by up to 2" (5 cm).

A Length – Place the end of the tape beside the collar at the top of the tee (highest point shoulder). Pull the tape measure to the bottom of the shirt.

B Chest – Measure yourself around the fullest part of your chest. Keep the tape measure horizontal.

C Sleeve length – Place one end of the tape at the top of the set-in sleeve, then pull the tape down until you reach the hem of the sleeve.

Each item is made to order. It typically takes 3–7 business days to create, and may take slightly longer during peak seasons or holidays.

We currently ship to the USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
At this time, we do not ship to the UK, EU, or other international regions.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, let us know within 7 days of delivery.
Our production partner will send you a replacement at no cost—no hassle, and usually no need to ship anything back.

Since every piece is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for issues like size, color, or change of mind.
