Each item is made to order. It typically takes 3–7 business days to create, and may take slightly longer during peak seasons or holidays.

• Australia & New Zealand (Standard): 5–20 business days

When will I get my order?

Do you ship everywhere?

We currently ship to the USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
At this time, we do not ship to the UK, EU, or other international regions.

If Something’s Wrong

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, let us know within 7 days of delivery.
Our production partner will send you a replacement at no cost—no hassle, and usually no need to ship anything back.

Prefer a refund instead? Just ask—we can process it back to your original payment method.

If It’s About Size or Preference

Since every piece is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for issues like size, color, or change of mind.

Replacements are our default solution, but refunds are available if preferred. Either way, you won’t be left hanging—we’ll make sure you’re taken care of.
