This rope cap blends classic retro style with everyday functionality. Made from lightweight polyester with a curved bill and braided rope detail across the visor, it delivers a timeless look that stands out. An adjustable snapback closure ensures a comfortable fit, while the moisture-wicking sweatband keeps you cool and fresh wherever the day takes you.

  • Your Rescued Rope Cap was built for the long haul—sun-soaked days, road trips, and every adventure in between. Take care of it, and it will hold its shape, color, and story season after season.

Cleaning Care

  • Spot Clean First: Most dirt and sweat marks wipe away with a damp cloth or a soft brush and mild soap.
  • Deep Clean: If it needs more, hand wash gently in cold water with mild detergent. Avoid machine washing—the agitation can warp the crown, rope detail, or bill.
  • Sweatband Care: Use a gentle brush or cloth with a drop of soap to freshen up the Stay-Dri band.

Drying Care

  • Best for Longevity: Air dry only. Reshape the crown and bill while damp, then let it dry naturally away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.
  • Avoid Heat: Never toss it in the dryer—high heat breaks down materials and ruins the fit.

Extra Tips

  • Storage: Store on a hat rack, shelf, or hook to maintain shape. Avoid crushing it at the bottom of a bag for long stretches.
  • Ironing/Pressing: Not recommended. Heat and pressure can distort the crown or damage embroidery.
  • Water Exposure: Light rain is fine, but avoid soaking—polyester and rope detail can warp if saturated.

Sizing + Fit Guide

Measure your head circumference with a non-stretchable measuring tape. Place the end of your  tape on your forehead and wrap the rest around the back of your head, keeping it 1″ (2.5 cm) above your ears. Pinch the spot where the tape meets the other end, lift the loop over your head, and note the measurement. Be as careful as possible to get the most precise measurement.

Our production partner will send you a replacement at no cost—no hassle, and usually no need to ship anything back.
